How can your service be FREE?
Our fees come from the various service providers and Retirement Communities that we deal with so that we can keep this service free for the families that require our assistance.

Do we have to sign anything to work with you?
No.....There is no agreement to sign when dealing with Senior Retirement Services.

What do you do with the information I share with you?
Any information that you provide to us is completely private and treated as "confidential". When contacting agencies or retirement communities on your behalf, we do however share pertinent information in regards to the types of requirements you have and the services you need.

Do you work with all Home Care and Retirement Communities?
The short answer is NO. We do not work with all agencies and communities as some do not use referral services such as ours. We will however advise you of ALL options and you are certainly free to explore even those that are not part of our partner network.

How are your recommendations unbiased.
Our compensation is not based on any potential fees you pay to Home Care agencies or Retirement Communities but rather a flat rate no matter what type of care needs you have. This ensure we are not influenced one way or the other in regards to our recommendations.

Do you need to meet me in person?
No, however we do like to tour any potential retirement communities with our clients so that we can guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have and ensure the communities are sharing the necessary information for you to make an informed decision.
